For paid orders, the refund shall be processed directly into Your source account from which the payment was made or in Your Website account as store credit, as the case may be. The money will reflect in Your Website account or Your source account within 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised, as the case may be.

The appointment of arbitrator shall be by the mutual consent of both the parties. Arbitration shall proceed only on individual basis.
